Automation system

Well resolved automatic control system will provide adequate control of the parameters in the mushroom growing chamber, and exemplary production.

The diagram shows the locations of the sensors and actuators in the air conditioning system mushroom growing chamber.

Measuring devices:

Control:

The climate control in mushroom growing microprocessor control offer PROMONT SUP 2.0 (Driver Growing Mushrooms). It is supplied complete with electrical cabinet (IP55), together with security for the power driver and control circuits, providing power for all controllers and solenoid valves.
SUP is complemented driver CCS program for viewing and recording parameters of growing on the computer.

Driver control:

• climate parameters
• The average temperature of the substrate
 
• humidity,
• CO2 concentration

Driver performs these functions by means of regulations and measurements spaced at central station and in the chamber growing mushrooms

To support a single chamber are provided:

• One air handling unit,
• One driver
• damper actuator,
• motorized valve heater
• motorized valve cooler
• humidifier solenoid valves for water (or motorized valve control for steam humidification)
• psychrometer with forced air circulation,
• Four thermometers ground
• Supply air thermometer,
• thermometer air after mixing (in the air conditioning block)

 

Case the best fit at the entrance to the chamber supported - if possible, at an altitude that allows service access to the control panel. Driver SUP 2.0 can be used for systems equipped with cooling chiller or well water. As humidification can be used jets or steam humidifiers. Once set up, the driver, his action will be optimized for maximum energy savings and the media (heat and cold). If the outdoor air parameters permit, a driver in the first place for cooling and / or dehumidification will use outside air by increasing the amount of ventilation air and then will use the energy in the media (cooling unit)

Control panel 

Access to the control panel after opening the control cabinet door. The screen controller with buttons on the right side is used to set the parameters of cultivation and display of measurement results for each compartment..
